Parts Counting
The R400 series indicators have built-in parts counting functionality. The multi-line display improves operator usability and the alpha numeric keys assist an operator in finding stored Product IDs.
The counter scales combine the R400 indicators with the XG bases and is configured for counting X factory.
Supported Products
Rinstrum countR Scales feature our renowned rugged XG stainless steel base fitted with either an ABS R420 or stainless steel R427 indicator pre-configured for counting applications. countR bench scales are designed for years of easy operator use with an open frame making it easy to clean but also easy to find those dropped items under the pan. The top frame has mounting points for a user supplied roller conveyor and the pan is robust enough to support ball transfer rollers. Fast response high accuracy load cell and electronics to measure the smallest parts with accuracy.
The R400 Series K402 application has a number of specific features that make it ideal for parts counting applications:
- Support for up to 250 products
- Product IDs along with their piece weights, unit conversions and set point can be stored.
- Piece Counting using a sample or using an entered piece weight
- Reports to print stored accumulation data for each product.
- Built in communications for connection to a printer
- Programmable printing for customized dockets and reports
- Editing of the weight or count to be switched on/off.
- Barcode: Serial communications of barcode allows for the connection of a barcode scanner to the indicator and product selection via barcode reading.
The K401 software supports counting with one product.
R400 can be combined with XG scales for an ideal counting scale. The platform scale XA with its powder-coated steel frame is specially designed for use in warehouses, while XS platform scales are able to better withstand harsher environmental conditions with their stainless steel frame. The counter scales are preconfigured for counting.
