Product Description
These R320 Series accessory boots are IP65 NiMH battery backs that make the R320 indicator into a rechargeable device. The features are:
- 10 x NiMH 'AA' cells, 2500mAh capacity total
- IP65 rated housings: Dust and watertight, increasing reliability and indicator lifetime.
- Power supply operation is fully automatic, requiring only the connection of a plug-pack power supply to initiate charging.
M3117 - M3003 IP65 boot with 3 pin quadrant DC power connector, fitted with 12V NiMh 2.5AH, DC Quadrant charger and PG7 loadcell gland to suit R320 or D320.
M3118 - M3118 is the same as the M3117 but is also fitted with M12 serial and I/O connectors.
The battery charger supports a dual color (Red/Green) LED annunciator to show status.

Notes:
- If battery is sufficiently charged.
- It is necessary to remove then reconnect the input power before further charging will occur.
- Refer to troubleshooting section for further information.
Smart Weighing
- While the plug-pack supply is disconnected and enough battery charge remains, the charger will automatically supply the output from battery power.
- To protect the battery pack, the charger will automatically disconnect the output when the battery is below a safe level.
