RMA replaces CASE as Rinstrum’s Process for Returns
Rinstrum’s equipment return process has been updated, with the older CASE number-based system replaced by RMA (Return Merchandise Advice), which seeks to streamline the returns process.
The new process works as follows: Before returning equipment, contact your local Rinstrum office to get a Return Authority (RMA Number), providing the unit serial number, model number, and a description of the problem. The completed RMA form and RMA number will be e‑mailed to you. A print-out of this form must accompany the equipment returned. All returns for the purposes of repair must come through a Rinstrum dealer.
For more information on this process, including technical support contact e-mail addresses and statements of terms and conditions and warranties relevant to your market, see the Returns and Repairs page.
